Hello, my name is Pratinya, and in the summer of 2023, I founded the 100 Days Later Foundation, a rural skill development initiative. Based in Mahbubnagar, the foundation aims to equip women with the skills needed to join the workforce. My focus was on skills that could be quickly acquired yet led to meaningful employment. To achieve this, I visited numerous villages in the Mahbubnagar district of Telangana to understand the challenges women face in entering the workforce. I also engaged with local industries to identify the relevant job opportunities available at the time. Now, over a year after the inception of the 100 Days Later Foundation, we have successfully trained and placed nearly 500 women in sustainable jobs, continuing to guarantee that every woman skilled will get a job placement!
