Nothing is impossible when we put in persistent efforts

Background:

I am Nalla Pavani, living in Thirumalapur, Nagarkurnool district. I come from a middle-class family where my dad is an electrician, and my mom is a homemaker. I have two younger sisters in the family.

During my school years, my name was always on the list of students who hadn’t paid their fees. Despite our financial struggles, my parents have always supported me in reaching my goals. After completing my schooling, my only aim was to relieve my parents from the burden of my fees.

By God’s grace, I got admission to the Government ITI College. There, I learned about Ms. Pratinya, who sponsors a Women Empowerment training program through the 100 Days Later initiative of the 100 Days Later Foundation, with support from Cyient Foundation institutions.

They respect young talents, and women after all immediately enrolled me in the electronics and soldering domain classes. This opportunity motivated me to work harder and strive for my dream job, which I have been passionate about since childhood. Now, I am at the next milestone of my life, hopeful and determined to achieve even more in my career.

Me and my family will always be grateful to Ms. Pratinya for supporting us in reaching new heights, she is such a humble girl and very positive in her attitude. The most liking factor is she never discriminate the less privileged. Ms. Pratinya used to sit with us on the floor and have the same lunch served by the foundations during the free training programs. I always go home and share the experiences with my family and bless her to more successful in life and support many more unemployed girls like me in the society. Ms. Pratinya has also been an inspiration for many in our training batch.

Today, I have a job and earn good money, which makes me proud to say that I am helping my parents and siblings.
