Background:

Hello, my name is K. Keerthi Priya, and I am from Kakkonda, Nawabpet, Mahabubnagar. My family consists of my mother, brother, and sister. I completed my graduation with a good percentage, but I struggled with how to approach the job market. I was unaware of how to face interviews and succeed in other professional activities.

My father, who earned very little and had no regular work as he is agriculture labour and domestic worker, The inconsistent earnings had left us with a significant financial burden. Recognizing that my skills were insufficient for securing a job, I decided to pursue additional skill courses. Due to financial constrains I was looking for any free trainings with placement assistance.

One day, Ms. Pratinya and few officials from the Cyient Foundation had visited our college and explained their training programs and the benefits they offer. This is a blessing came to me, Ms. Pratinya promised that the free trainings will be offered with all the support starting transport to food and an assured job.

I immediately enrolled in the Customer Care Executive course. During the training, I focused intensely on acquiring the required skills to clear interviews. My efforts paid off when I was selected by Future Property Solutions in Miyapur, Hyderabad, with a starting salary of Rs. 15,000/-.

Within three months, I received incentives totalling Rs. 20,000/-. It was a remarkable experience. My salary has significantly reduced our financial burdens, and I am also saving a little for my future marriage.

I am deeply grateful for the peaceful and happy life we are living today, made possible through 100 Days Later Initiative of 100 Days Later Foundation and Cyient Foundation.

I especially want to thank Ms. Pratinya and her family, who encouraged me and helped dispel my fears. I have no words to fully express my gratitude to them.
