Background:

I am Sidramoni Radhika, hailing from Manikonda, Mahabubnagar. My family consists of six members, including myself. Coming from a backward and economically poor family background, I have suffered a lot in my childhood. My father, being a coolie worker (daily wage labour) in the local village and the only earning member in my family, struggled to make ends meet., but my situation compelled me to stop studying.

I started looking for a job to support my family, but I was not able to find any job as I had discontinued my studies, and I don’t have any proper qualifications. Then I heard about a women empowerment training program and registered for their skill development training. There I have learned more about the promotor of the training Ms. Pratinya, she is very young girl of 15-year-old and visiting various villages and interacting with school / college dropouts and educating them about the training program and placement support. The happiest part of the trainings are the foundations provided free trainings, transportation, and food facilities. The timings are also made suitable for the girls like me coming from very interiors and rural villages.

I had joined the Customer Care Executive course. The training I received there changed my life. My confidence level increased, and the motivational classes helped me explore myself. I experienced a transformation in myself both as a person and as a social being. Gradually, I became more confident. After successfully completing 100 days of training, I got placed at Future Property Solutions in Miyapur, Hyderabad, one of the best customer service providers, with a starting salary of Rs 16,000/-. I told all my family and friends that, these are not just words from Ms. Pratinya and this is proved that 100 Days Later Initiatives changed many lives after exactly 100 Days of Training. I have now successfully completed one year as a Customer Care Executive. I am happy and content to observe the changes that have come into my life.

Today, I am the breadwinner for my family and have successfully paid off our debts. We now lead a happy life. I would also have been a coolie if I had not had the chance to take this course. This skill program for Customer Care Executives has changed my life entirely. My sincere gratitude to Ms. Pratinya and our entire family pray for her success in her life.
