Don’t step back in your failures, failures increase sweetness of your success

Background:

My name is Telugu Anusha, and I am from Marrikal, Mahabubnagar. My family consists of five members: my father, mother, and one elder brother and sister. I am the youngest, and I was brought up in a poor economic background. My father is around 60 years old. The family feeding responsibility with my father, and he works very hard in a small firm and make both ends meet. My mother supports the family survival and providing quality education to my siblings is out of reach.

Despite our financial struggles, I had completed my graduation. However, I was not particularly bright in my studies and discontinued further education after graduation. As the years passed, I realized the importance of education and having a job, especially for a woman. My disappointment is high as I could not help my family and support for living.

Despite searching for many jobs, I could not find one, and eventually, I gave up. Living through these challenges, I felt the lack of qualifications in me and developed a strong desire to improve myself. The god shown mercy and I had come to from a known source I learned about the 100 Days of training course offered by the 100 Days Later Foundation and Cyient Foundation. The course offerings are relevant to market and job ready. The foundation primary focused on women’s empowerment and skill upgrading. The fortune turned in favour and got opportunity to hear from Ms. Pratinya and her vision of 100 Days Later Initiative. The free training for 100 Days and job assurance attracted me to enrolled for training.

In the skill centre, I learned many skills, including group discussion, SWOT analysis, telephonic etiquette, public speaking, and other important activities described in the qualification pack. This course gave me confidence and helped me discover my strengths. After successfully completing the course, the companies started visiting our skill centre and hiring trainees. I was appointed as a Customer Care Executive at Future Property Solutions. Interacting with people has always been my dream job, and now I am gaining wonderful exposure and working in a comfortable environment. I am grateful to 100 Days Later Foundation and Cyient Foundation and TMI e2E Academy private limited. My family is always in praise of Ms. Pratinya and her noble intentions that has helped many girls like me to stand on their own feet and help their families.
