Background:

Hello, my name is Neturi Pushpa, and I am from Zamisthapur, Mahabubnagar. I am very low-income family. My family consists of four members and my father earns for the family. My father, who earned very little as a daily labourer, left us with a significant financial burden because work was not available every day.

With all the difficulties, my father helped us to go to school. I studied in government school until high schooling, inter from government junior college and I completed my graduation from MVS Degree College, Mahabubnagar.

Being aware of family financial burdens, I want to help my family with a good regular income. My educational qualification and skills are not able to give me the job I am looking for. I don’t have any clue of getting a skilled job and struggled with how to approach the job market. I was unaware of how to face interviews and succeed in other professional activities. Recognizing that my skills were insufficient for securing a job, I decided to pursue additional skill courses. However, my parents could not afford any training for me, and I believed it was my fate and continue to reach out my college and friends for any suitable guidance.

One day, from my college I had come to know that, Ms. Pratinya and few officials from 100 Days Later and the Cyient Foundation visited our college and explained their training programs and the benefits they offered. I immediately reached my college administration and visited their skill centre and interacted with Trainers and counselling person. I was informed that all the trainings are free of charge and they will also assist on transportation and food facilities. I was thrilled to know and expressed many thanks to them.

I had immediately enrolled in the Customer Care Executive course and joined the batch. During the training, I learned many things like SWOT analysis, professional work ethics, and communication skills. Through group discussions, I overcame my fears. Those were fantastic days. During the training, I focused intensely on acquiring the necessary skills to clear interviews. I am deeply grateful for the peaceful and happy life we are living today, made possible by the women empowerment program.

I especially want to thank Ms. Pratinya and the foundations, who encouraged me and helped dispel my fears. I have no words to fully express my gratitude to them. I got selected in a good company, and now I am working in a friendly ambiance. I am deeply grateful for the peaceful and happy life we are living today, made possible by the women empowerment program.

My family is always remember Ms. Pratinya and her family every day when I go work and when I get salary every month that is a celebrating moment for us , she had encouraged me and helped dispel my fears. I have no words to fully express my sincere gratitude to them.
