Hello, my name is Vadla Sai Sree. My father’s name is Govardhan Chary, and I am from Marlu in Mahabubnagar district. My family consists of four members. We are from below poverty line and always depends on the government schemes if any for benefits. My father is lone fighter for winning the bed and we always struggle to have basic facilities.
My father, who earned very little and had no regular work, left us with a significant financial burden. Inspite of all these problems, my father provided basic education, all my education in Government institutions. I had completed upto my graduation with a good percentage, but due to our financial condition not able to continue higher education.
My wish is to support family with a stable income, though I have good marks in studies my dream of working in a reputed company seemed like unreachable due to lack of communication and interpersonal skills. I was unaware of how to face interviews and succeed in other professional activities.
I soon, recognized that I had skills gap, and the current skills were insufficient for securing a good job in a reputed company, I decided to pursue additional skill courses and seems to be very costly. My parents could not afford any training for me. I believed it was my fate, but my dream was to get a job and support my parents. One fine day, some of my college friends briefed me about the 100 Days Later Initiate and also mentioned that officials from 100 Days Later Foundation and Cyient Foundation visited our college and explained their training programs and the benefits they offered. The trainings are free of cost and the placement was guaranteed. I had visited their centre in Mahabubanagar and interacted with the counsellor. After a careful evaluation, I was suggested enrol for Customer Care Executive course. It was the life changing movement for me, I quickly enrolled for the training and attended training regularly.
During the training, I learned many things like SWOT analysis, professional work ethics, and communication skills. I had not believed they could provide placement, but it happened. Through group discussions, I overcame my fear and improved my speaking skills. A customer care syllabus typically encompasses a wide range of topics designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service. Key areas of focus include communication skills, where students learn how to effectively listen to and address customer needs, and problem-solving techniques to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
The syllabus also covers customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage customer interactions Those were the most fantastic days I ever experienced. During the training, I focused intensely on acquiring the necessary skills to clear interviews. I am deeply grateful for the peaceful and happy life we are living today, made possible by the women empowerment program. I especially want to thank Ms. Pratinya and her family, who encouraged me and helped dispel my fears.
