Self-Belief and Hard Work Will Always Earn Success

Background:

My name is Poleypally Radhika, and I come from a humble background in Simhagiri, Mahabubnagar. My family is comprised of five members. Unfortunately, my mother passed away a few years ago. That was a very critical time for me; my support was gone, and it was a very difficult situation. My father is a painter, and we all depend on him. As the eldest child, I took on the responsibility of my mother.

Life has been challenging for us, particularly because of our financial situation. My sister and brother are going to school, and I completed my intermediate studies. After that, I didn’t know what to do next, as there were no supporters in my life, we struggled to make ends meet, and I often wished I could do more to alleviate our hardships.

In our darkest times, a ray of hope came into our lives through the Women Empowerment Training Programme, I saw a leaflet near my college. Immediately, I went to inquire about the course and its benefits. I was impressed with Ms. Pratinya’s thought of empowering women in 100 Days. 100 Days free training with 100% job placement is uniqueness of the program. I had immediately joined a course in electronics and soldering. Here, I learned many technical things.

Before joining this program, I faced numerous challenges in my quest for employment. Despite receiving advice and support from well-wishers, I struggled to secure a job due to my lack of skills. Each failed attempt only added to my despair. However, the 100 Days Later Initiative has been a turning point in my life.

Now I am able support my family and help for the education needs of my brother. I feel really empowered by earning a sustainable living through 100 Days Later Initiative of Ms. Pratinya. We all the family owe our life to the foundations and their support for girls.
